They are traditionally known as brave and intelligent folks who constitute a remarkable population in Iran. It is not for Known for certain when the Qashqai tribe was established as an ethnicity in Iran but their presence has always been dominant in southern and south western parts of Iran. They live in both cities and rural areas (Some even live as nomads) and they speak originally Qashqai Turkish which is a bit different from the language spoken in Turkey and North western part of Iran.
